Prof. Pradeep Mehra is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Atal Incubation Center, School of Management and Entrepreneurship (SME), Shiv Nadar University, Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India. Over three and half decades of Corporate experience. Experience of about two decades at CXO, CEO and Board of Directors level. This includes the following:

Turning around of business, productivity improvement and workforce reduction, strategy formulation and implementation, setting up and management of joint ventures and strategic alliances, handling of labor relations including labor strikes, managing growth and its funding, related and unrelated diversification of business, management and control of subsidiaries in foreign countries, setting up new ventures and facilities, business acquisitions, exiting and sale of business, corporate restructuring, business valuation, negotiating deals and due diligence, fund raising through IPO, private equity and project finance, managing forex risks, preparing and finalizing annual accounts at divison as well as head office level, instituting financial controls and internal audit, management of supply chain and manufacturing processes including ERP implementation, hiring and retaining top talent at CXO level.
